Responsibilities:
– 사출 부품의 품질 보증
– 본사 주관 초기 개발 진행 내용 취합 및 프레젠테이션
– ISIR / PPAP 자료 정리, 등록
– 2D, 3D 도면 이해 부품 Engineering Change Order 검토 및 자료 등록
– PSO 개발 단계 별 서류 작성 업무 지원
– 부품 생산에서 출하까지 과정 중 불량요인 제거/품질 향상
– 내부 품질 표준, 절차, 교육 및 문서 관리 및 감독
– 고객사 담당자 관리/고객사 내 품질 상주원 관리
– 부품 컬러 평가 대응
– ATF 16949 관리 및 지원

• Ensure quality assurance of injection-molded parts
• Gather and present initial development progress led by the headquarters
• Organize and upload ISIR / PPAP documentation
• Review and register Engineering Change Orders based on understanding of 2D/3D drawings
• Support documentation at each PSO development phase
• Identify and eliminate defects throughout the production-to-shipment process
• Manage internal quality standards, procedures, training, and documentation
• Coordinate with customer representatives and manage on-site quality support staff
• Respond to color evaluation of components
• Maintain and support IATF 16949 compliance

Qualifications:
– 엔지니어, 비즈니스, supply chain 학과 졸업 및 관련 학위 소지자 (해당 직무 관련 전공 우대)
– MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) 능통한 자
– 탁월한 분석, 문제 해결 및 의사 결정 능력 소유자
– 뛰어난 리더쉽, 커뮤니케이션 및 대인 관계 능력 소유자
– 이중언어(한국어/영어) 가능자
– 미국내 근무, 비자/운전 면허증 발급에 결격 사유 없는 자

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain (preferred majors related to the job function)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions (visa and driver’s license eligibility required)

Stipend: $50,000 – 80,000 (year)
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
