■ 채용조건 :
– 경력직 / 영어, 한국어 능통하신 분
– 경력 3년 이상
– Expertise in multi-state sales tax compliance (Nexus, SST, taxability rules).
– Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, TaxJar, and e-commerce integrations.
– Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, GAAP, and financial reporting.
– CPA 자격증 보유 시 우대

■ 근무내용 :
– Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
– Ensure accurate and timely multi-state sales tax compliance, including filings, remittances, and audits.
– Oversee sales tax nexus determinations, registrations, and exemption certificate management.
– Work closely with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shift4shop. etc.) and accounting software QuickBooks to ensure seamless financial tracking.
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
– Collaborate with external CPAs and tax advisors to optimize tax strategies.
– Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue trends to provide actionable insights.
– Develop and enforce internal financial controls and process improvements.
