– Preferred candidates with experience in insurance claim processing
– Deep understanding of Product Liability law, risk management, and quality control
– Certification in product safety and legal risk management preferred
– Strong legal reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills

■ 근무내용 :
– Handle customer complaints and claims related to Product Liability (PL)
– Analyze the causes of PL claims and establish corrective actions
– Analyze legal risks related to products and develop response strategies
– Support litigation related to PL claims
– Ensure compliance with procedures related to PL operations across the service territories and take corrective actions
– Manage compliance with PL-related regulations
– Monitor legal requirements and regulatory changes

■ 근무지 : 캘리포니아/LA
■ 근무형태 : 정규직
■ 급여: $80,000/year or up (경력에 따라 상이)
