[Job Description]

– Manage the company’s supply portfolio and sales strategy
– Create new value in a diverse range of customers
– Proactive involvement with local customers; Increase a product’s added value through close collaboration.
– Analyze customer’s RFQ (Request For Quotation) and work with the company for optimal sourcing
– Use knowledge of automotive parts to discuss customer needs; Evaluation of customer’s perspective and formulation of plans aimed at enhancing effectiveness
– Negotiate customer pricing and control costs
– Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices; Grasp market trends and customer needs; Identify the issues in mass production project; Stay ahead of customers’ needs and work on new technologies, new methods, and lightweighting; Consider reflecting added value to the selling price.

[Requirements and Skills]

– Proven work experience as a marketing/sales manager
– Familiarity with automotive parts industry
– Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
– Strong project management and communication skills
– Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
– Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
– Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions
– BSc degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain or global sourcing etc.

[Compensation range] $100~120k + Bonus
