Maintenance Engineer – Job Opening
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to perform equipment inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations. This role focuses on troubleshooting mechanical issues and supporting production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Inspection & Maintenance: Check and maintain machinery and equipment for proper operation.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Identify and resolve mechanical and technical issues.
Record Keeping: Document maintenance and repair activities.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents.
Team Collaboration: Work with production teams and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Education: No specific degree required.
Experience: Entry-level candidates welcome; experience in maintenance preferred.
Basic Skills: Interest in or experience with mechanical maintenance.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Employment Type: Full-time (5-day workweek)
Location: Tennessee / Spring Hill
Salary: $60K per year, OT pay $40/hour, housing provided
