IRS 의 Pub “General Instructions for Forms W-2 and W-3 (Jan 26, 2024)” 을 찾아보면 아래처럼 나와 있습니다. 이에 따르면 현재 회사에서 발급한 W2 가 잘못된게 맞으며 W2-C 를 통해서 수정하는게 맞습니다. 이를 텍스 소프트웨어에서 어떻게 처리할지는 소프트웨어마다 다르기에 원글님께서 어떻게 처리할지는 스스로 판단하시면 될것 같습니다.
