    Job Summary
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-driven Logistics Manager (Entry to Manager level) to join our growing team. This role will focus on logistics management, including customs clearance, delivery scheduling, and coordination to ensure seamless project execution.

    Job Location & Work Hours

    • Location: ILJIN Electric USA Office at 15915 Katy Freeway Suite 215, Houston, Texas 77094
    • Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

    Key Responsibilities
    Project Logistics Management Support
    • Handle customs clearance and transportation coordination for goods imported to the U.S. and Canada.
    • Coordinate local logistics to operations to ensure timely and successful delivery of products.
    • Develop and manage relationships with local transportation companies.
    • Maintain effective communication with clients and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
    • Address and resolve logistical challenges, such as delays or unexpected issues, efficiently.

    Administrative Support
    • Organize and manage essential documentation and data related to sales and operations.
    • Support internal reporting and provide insights to the team.
    • Coordinate with the headquarters to ensure efficient process alignment.
    • Monitor and manage material delivery milestone.
    • Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of client requests.
    • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including record maintenance, project status tracking, and preparing necessary documents.

    Strategic Contributions
    • Collaborate on strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and effective logistics solutions.

    Qualifications
    • Authorization to work in the United States.
    • Proven experience in customs clearance, project logistics, or supply chain management.
    • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CLTD) are a strong advantage.
