    Position Summary

    We are seeking an experienced IT Team Leader (Senior Manager) to oversee ERP, MES, and IT infrastructure operations across our electrification plants in Savannah, GA, and Montgomery, AL. This role will lead IT initiatives to support high-quality production and digital transformation efforts for Power Electric (PE) and Battery System Assembly (BSA) operations.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background, extensive project management experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while bridging cultural and operational gaps between local and global stakeholders, including Korean headquarters. They will play a key role in supporting the company’s mission to expand its global electrification footprint by ensuring efficient, high-quality production that meets the growing demands of the electric vehicle (EV) market.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. ERP and MES System Management:
    Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of ERP and MES systems to support efficient manufacturing operations.
    Oversee system integrations with other plant technologies, including SCADA, PLCs, and automation equipment.
    Ensure system reliability, scalability, and alignment with business goals.

    2. IT Infrastructure Operations:
    Manage IT infrastructure across the Savannah and Montgomery plants, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
    Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and compliance protocols.
    Support the rollout of new technologies and upgrades to enhance plant operations.

    3. Digital Transformation Initiatives:
    Lead data-driven transformation projects, including the development of a Data Lake for advanced analytics and reporting.
    Implement strategies to enhance data collection, storage, and utilization across plants.

    4. Project Management:
    Oversee IT project lifecycles, from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
    Collaborate with local and global stakeholders, including Korean headquarters, to align IT strategies with corporate goals.

    5. Team Leadership and Development:
    Supervise and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
    Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to ensure team success.

    6. Collaboration and Problem-Solving:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and engineering, to resolve system challenges.
    Act as a liaison between local teams and Korean headquarters to bridge cultural and operational differences.

    7. Troubleshooting and Support:
    Ensure prompt resolution of critical system issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
    Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users.
    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    Experience:

    ERP / MES system management with a focus on manufacturing operations.
    Proven track record in leading ERP / MES projects for electrification components, such as PE systems or BSA.
    in a global manufacturing environment.
    Technical Skills:

    Expertise in ERP and MES systems design, integration, and optimization.
    Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C#.NET, MS-SQL, JAVA) and database management.
    Familiarity with manufacturing technologies, including SCADA, PLCs, and automation equipment.
    Leadership and Communication:

    Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required).
    Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional and multicultural teams.
    Strong presentation and communication skills to engage effectively with local and global stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience in the electrification or automotive industry.
    Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
    Compensation and Benefits

    Pay: $120,000 – $150,000 per year (commensurate with experience).

    Additional Information

    Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts.
    Work Location: In-person at Savannah, GA.
    Relocation: Candidates must be able to relocate to Savannah, GA before starting work.

    Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
