Import & Export Operation Manager or Assistant manager (Full-time)2. Responsibilities:
• Handling customer and agent Inbound orders/shipments.
• Performing data entry, processing documents, and managing shipments.
• Monitoring, tracking, and updating the status of shipments as part of daily procedures.
• Providing customer support services with timely and real-time tracking updates.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding operational procedures and meeting customer requirements.
• Identifying, reporting, consulting on, and finding resolutions for any issues.
• Monitoring all cargo and providing reports to the direct manager.3. Qualification:
• 3-5years Inbound Logistics experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Korean/ English) preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, solid analytical skills and follow through skills are essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced skills in MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
