주요 업무
· Manage all buyer inquiries on PO status updates/product changes in a timely manner
· Organize and manage database (SKU, UPC, price, start/cancel dates, etc.) regarding pending/completed PO’s
· Run ATS reports, quote pricing, and create line sheets for customers
· Point of contact for new account set up as well as vendor compliance updates
· Ensure EDI PO’s are analyzed/pivoted & allocated to warehouse
· Track incoming shipments and customer’s production PO’s and ensure to maintain PO delivery dates
· Work closely with production team with customer’s private label orders & ensure bulk production is on time
· Actively problem-solve for shortages, delivery delays, or any PO issues and ensure to minimize chargebacks/discounts
· Ensure all customer PO’s are entered correctly on EDI and recapped to sales
· Provide sales analysis/trend analysis report to the creative/design lead for buy plans
· Communicate with customers’ vendor compliance team to investigate & dispute non-compliance chargebacks
· Work within all customer PLMs and portals
· Collaborate with internal sales team & run weekly/quarterly/seasonal ATS reports
· Run inventory & sales projection reports for upper management

자격 요건
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Advanced Excel skills
– Strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$52,000.00 – $90,000.00
