해당지역 county court에 전화하시면 폼을 메일로 보내줍니다. 작성하시고 사건 설명과 각종 증거 사본을 첨부하시고 수수료와 함께 제출하면 법원에서 님과 피고인 상대에게 summon을 발부합니다. trial 날짜와 시간에 법원에 출두하시면 재판을 하기전에 검사가 불러서 세틀하라고 중재를 해보고 안되면 판사앞에서 재판합니다.

In my area(California), I brought my claim explanation and proofs to the court directly and there was no mediation process before the trial.

Some courts allow interpreters or friends to help you. In some court you can actually request an interpreter on court’s expense.
