[Job Description]
1) Maintenance Overall
Engineer will immediately respond or attend to any of the problems, malfunctions / Breakdown of the equipment/s as may be conveyed by the Customer or any of its employees and correct the malfunctions to ensure that the equipment is fully operational. Additionally, inspection activities to prevent failures must be carried out throughout the year.
2) ACS & CCTV
Engineers must perform the following work-related tasks:
• Visually inspect all major components (badge controller, badge reader, electric door hardware, V2 server, CCTV Camera, bracket, housing, etc.)
• Pre-planned preventative maintenance visits.
• Check history of system since last maintenance visit.
• Visually inspect all major components (including cabling & connections where accessible) for signs of deterioration or damage and rectify as necessary.
• Check all control equipment (e.g. readers, pin-pads, locks, strikes, closures, monitors, VMS servers) for correct operation and programming (include. time/date settings.).
• Check input/output controllers for correct operation.
• Check emergency manual exit devices for correct operation.
• Carry out any minor adjustments or repairs.
• Replacement unit if problem not fixable.
• Full reporting of maintenance visit (Log test results, etc.)

3) Speed Gate
Engineer is 1st line responder and shall support the following work-related tasks:
• Monitoring whether it is operating normally.
• Will check the log history of system regularly.
• In the event of a failure, check the basic inspection elements and contact the maintenance vendor.

[Working Hours]
Engineers’ working hours are from 8am to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday, and they can work from home. Other site business travel will be under 10%.
However, in the event of an emergency failure, you may need to visit the site after-hours.

• Standard Business Hours: 08:00am to 5:00pm PST (Monday – Friday) * Can adapt to customer’s working hours.
• After-hour : Before 8:00am and after 5:00pm from Monday to Friday, All day for Saturday, Sunday, and any holidays.
