    As a Fund Operations Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including finance, accounting, human resources and some administrative tasks. You will be handling all financial data, closing and reports while assisting with handling and processing of tax reports, files and returns. In addition, you will be in charge of review and payment of payment roll and benefits. You will also be communicating these tasks and results with the management and Limited Partners in South Korea.

    This role demands basic understanding of corporate finance, accounting and preferably human resources. You will be expected to maintain clear lines of communication with the team and Limited Partners. You will be required to use MS Office and Google suites for these internal and external reports.

    Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

    • Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and reporting, including cash flow analysis and consolidation of financial data
    • Prepare and monitor budgets, expenditures, and assist with external/internal audits and tax reporting, including filings and payments
    • Process invoices, estimates, and handle accounts payable/receivable tasks, including bookkeeping and banking duties
    • Execute capital calls, manage fund wires, cash flows, and expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance
    • Review and process payroll, benefits
    • Prepare investor statements and quarterly reports
    • Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel bookings
    • Administer and update corporate website and LinkedIn presence
    • Assist with investment contract review and execution
    • Facilitate communication with headquarters and Limited Partners on relevant matters

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field
    • Excellent knowledge of venture capital accounting regulations and practices
    • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google suite
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Highly organized with great attention to detail
    • Fluent in English and Korean
