Our client’s company is looking for the Project Coordinator/manager who has a passion and willing to build a long-term career and grow together with the company. The company is well-known construction company in the Michigan area who has built the restaurants, plants, commercial buildings, renovation, etc.

JD:

Assist in plan and spec analysis in order to provide clear, traceable and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction

Coordinates the day to day operations of Capital Projects on behalf of the project construction management team, from feasibility through turnover

Responsible for project cost tracking for all construction related projects

Represent project manager at appointments and meetings as necessary, such as Construction punch lists or move events

Coordinate meeting scheduling and calendar coordination and assist Director with client correspondence

Work closely with Operations, Engineering and Construction Managers to ensure optimum project efficiency and profitability on all projects

Coordinate and maintain the construction schedule for bid and proposal preparation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
