We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Tech support manager to join our team, responsible for Tech support to ensure the efficient operation of our EV Chargers in the field.

Main Role
충전 규격에 따라 전기차 충전이 정상적으로 수행되도록 충전기 내부 시스템을 제어하는 펌웨어(FW) 개발

Qualification

– C/C++/QT/QML/Slint 등 UI Framework 기반 프로그래밍 경험 5년 이상
– 아키텍쳐 설계 및 모듈화를 고려한 개발 역량
– RS-232 / tcp/ip 통신 이해 및 개발 경험
– Windows / Linux 환경 개발 경험
– 주변기기와의 통신을 통한 제어 개발경험

Prefer

– 설계문서 작성 가능
– Yocto Build 환경 이해 및 리눅스 포팅, 플랫폼 개발 경험
– Proficient in English

Job Responsibilities

• 충전기 HMI UI/UX SW개발
– Windows 또는 리눅스 플랫폼 기반 UI/UX Application 개발
– QT/QML/Slint/C/C++ 등 프로그래밍
– 고객사 / 제품사양 / 터치스크린 사이즈 등의 차이에 따른 대응

• 주변기기 제어 SW개발
– RS232/485 또는 네트워크를 통한 결제단말기, RF 리더기와 통신
– 회원인증, 충전금액 결제 등
– RS232/485를 통한 충전기의 충전 기능 제어 및 상태 확인

• 운영서버 통신 프로토콜(OCPP) 개발
– websocket 기반의 서버 통신 프로토콜(OCPP) 개발
– 고객사 운영서버의 필요 기능 개발
– 자사 관리서버와의 연동을 통한 충전기 상태 확인 및 관리 대응

• 충전기 관리/진단 기능 개발
– 로그 관리, 메모리 이슈, 주요부분 진단 기능, 원격 모니터링 대응가능
– Wach-dog, Life Cycle 처리에 대한 이해

• 개발단계별 문서 작성
– 요구사항분석, DR, D-FMEA, 설계사양서, Test Cases 등
– UML 활용 및 개발 단계별 문서 추적성 관리
