Responsibilities

*The IT Network Specialist’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: *

– Network & Infra Maintenance and management (NJ HQ & each Warehouse)

– Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure solutions to meet business

requirements.

– Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and optimizations.

– Conduct regular network performance analysis and capacity planning.

– Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, diagrams, and policies.

– Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues as needed.

– Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection

systems.

– Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.

– Other duties and tasks as assigned by the IT Leader

Requirements and Qualifications

– Bachelor's degree in IT related field or an equivalent combination of education and

experiences

– Certifications: CCNA, COMPTIA NETWORK +, or equivalent

– Previous experience in establishing network infrastructure of facilities preferred.

– Experience with networking hardware and concepts such as DNS, DHCP, OSI Model and

TCP/IP

– A working knowledge of DC operational practices and procedures, and a good understanding

of Supply Chain and WMS concepts preferred

– Operational knowledge of network and routing protocols

– Bilingual Preferred (Korean & English)

– Some travel may be required
