Job Title: PLC Programming Engineer
We are currently seeking a PLC Engineer with a strong electrical engineering background.

Responsibilities:

– Analyze and Program PLC, HMI systems for industrial automation
– All electrical design for the Systems Department, including circuit design of electrical panels for motor controls, process
instrumentation and controls; AutoCAD drawings; Bill of Materials for electrical parts; and operating manuals
– Assembly and Testing of electrical equipment
– Experience in a manufacturing environment required
– Provide technical troubleshooting
– Act as a field and online service engineer to provide technical support to clients
– Equipment installation support
– Maintains technical competency and works to expand technical skills and knowledge
– Project Management – Plan, manage and coordinate projects,

Qualifications:

– BS/BA or higher in Electrical Engineering and/or similar
– Min. 4 yrs experience in PLC and HMI Programming and Designing electrical circuit and panel with various devices.
– PLC Programming (Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley, Seimens)
– HMI Programming (Mitsubishi, Pro-face, Omron, Panasonic, Weintek, AB, Siemens )
– Various device controls(Rockwell, Keyence, SICK,Safety Relay, Light Curtain, LIDAR sensor )
– Interface & Communication (Ethernet, Serial (232,422), MES, Field-bus, wireless network)
– Motion (servo motors, Stepping, inverter, BLDC motor, ETC)
– Industrial Robot Control (Universal Robot, Kuka, Yaskawa, ABB, Fanuc, Stäubli, Epson)
– Vision System (Microscan, Cognex, Barcode, 2D code, 3D vision system, OCR, Presence, Measure, ETC)
– Sensors & Actuators (Digital, AD, DA, safety, optical, pneumatic)
– Electric Design (AutoCAD)
– SMT(Surface-mount technology) industry equipment experience a plus
– Working knowledge of computer and networking principles for industrial

REQUIRED EDUCATION

A Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering (or related) required.
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong technical, interpersonal, written and verbal skills are a must

Job Conditions/Physical Demands
Domestic and international travel may be required.
Works in an office environment and sometimes works in lab environment.
