Job Description:

1. Control of EPC/PIE and construction Drawing and Documents (Transmittals & Data-room control)

2. Manage and track of progress schedule

3. Coordinate and attend Technical meetings with Project contractors (EPC, Owners Engineering, Other construction contractors)
– Organize and minute meetings at manager’s request.(Weekly/Biweekly/Monthly)
– Site visit and field tours
– Reporting : Assist managers in finalizing the project reports
– Domestic Business trips with Managers (if necessary)

4. Implement other works might be requested by CEO and Technical Managers

Skills and qualifications

Fluent in English
Understand basic engineering concepts and logic of power plants

– Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical and other Engineering (Preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Communication and Organization skills
Attention to detail and promptness of work processing

Additional Skills (Preferred, not required):

Industrial Engineering and Project management experience (Progress Schedule, Critical Path Method, etc)
Proficiency in Information TechnologyRequirements and Preferences:
Must be legally eligible to work in the US
Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( e.g. Excel, Word, etc.)
1 year of administrative and/ or assistant experience is preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree + is preferred
