직급: Store Manager 점장 (위치: 웨스트 할리우드, 캘리포니아)

직무 설명:
• 소매 매장 팀에 대한 판매 방향 및 지도 제공하여 매일/주간/월간 기준의 판매 목표를 달성하도록 영감을 주고 활성화합니다.
• 비즈니스 분석, 영업 교육 및 고객 서비스를 통해 판매 목표를 달성하고 초과시킵니다.
• 소매 매장 및 개별 판매 대표의 메트릭스를 분석할 수 있는 능력
• 개별 판매 전문가의 성과에서 발전할 수 있는 부분을 식별하고 그에 따라 교육
• 팀 내에서 고객 중심의 문화를 개발하고 육성하여 본인이 모범을 보여주기
• 본사와 지역 소매 매장 간의 연결고리 역할 – 필요한 모든 정보 및 정책 및 절차 전달
• 매장 방문 고객 수를 늘리기 위한 적절한 멤버십 프로그램 운영
• 팀이 회사의 외부 활동에 대한 기업 지침을 준수하도록 보장
• 팀 내에서 상승 및 소통 능력 보유
• 고품질의 소매 매장 직원 팀을 소스화, 인터뷰, 고용, 지도 및 개발

• 강력한 운영 능력(급여 관리(타임키퍼 데이터), 직원 채용, 용품 및 매장 유지/청결 유지)
경력:

-4년재 대학 졸업
-관련 분야의 소매 판매에서 5년 이상(필수)
-탁월한 의사 소통 및 고객 서비스 기술
-가구/매트리스/가전 회사 경험이 우대됨
-텔레트론과 같은 소매 재판매업체에서의 경험이 우대됨

직종: 풀타임
1. 급여: 최대 $75,000 + 커미션

Job Description:

– Provide sales direction and guidance to the retail store team to inspire and enable them to meet or exceed sales targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
– Achieve and exceed sales goals via business analysis, sales training, and customer service
– Ability to analyze retail store and individual sales representative’s metrics
– Identify areas for development in individual sales specialist’s performance and train accordingly
– Develop and nurture a customer-centric culture among your team by leading by example
– Act as the conduit between corporate and local retail store – disseminating all necessary information & policies and procedures Operating an appropriate membership program to increase the number of customers visiting the store
– Ensure team adheres to corporate guidelines regarding company outreach
– Ability to communicate upward and within your team Source, interview, hire, lead, and develop a team of highly qualified retail store associates Adhere to corporate directed processes regarding store operations (including but not limited to merchandise display and physical inventory)
– Strong operational skills (including payroll management(time keeping data), staffing, supplies, and maintenance/cleanliness of retail store)

Experience:

1) 4 year bachelor degree required
2) 5 plus years in retail sales within related field (Required)
3) Great communication skills, and customer service skills
4) Experience in furniture/mattress/home appliance company is preferred
5) Experience in retail resellers such as Teletron is preferred

Job Type: Full Time

1) Pay: up to $75,000 plus commission.
2) Store manager’s commission structure is as below:
