Position: Manufacturing Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Location: Fullerton, CA

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and productivity
– Develop and implement strategies to optimize production and reduce costs
– Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet customer demands
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issues
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
– Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
– Analyze production data and generate reports on key performance indicators

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
– Proven experience in a manufacturing management role
– Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
