Position Summary

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), this role will manage HR initiatives and apply best practices to manage the HR strategy and execution for our Team. In this collaborative role, you will partner with various leaders across the business area in making decisions related to our workforce by facilitating organizational and leadership development efforts. As a member of our strategic HR team, you will utilize collaboration skills while communicating with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues. You will also play a key role in administering Talent Management and succession planning activity within the client organization.

As an HRBP, you will resolve employee relations issues and assist leaders in the development of effective solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development. As you execute company-wide programs and HR initiatives, you will collaborate across teams and co- manage various tasks that tie into the HRBP role. In this role, you will have termination and performance management responsibility and will utilize strong decision-making skills.
