    3day work at office, 2days work at home.

    Salary range: 110k – 160k per experience


    JOB PROFILE

    We are seeking an experienced HR director with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives. Duties for the HR director will include supervising HR personnel, dealing with employee grievances and disputes, supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, designing onboarding procedures, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs.

    The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. The exceptional HR director should improve HR processes, implement strategies that support business growth, improve morale and employee retention, enhance safety and wellness, strengthen relations between staff and employers, manage job satisfaction, attract the best recruits, and promote the organization’s values.

    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

    Oversea each working detail of the HR department and ensure it is following best practices.
    Plan, direct, and manage all human resource initiatives, such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations.
    Oversee staff operations, business planning, and budget development of HR programs.
    Establish human resources objectives following organizational goals along with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
    Implement human resources strategies through department accountabilities for (not limited to) talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee retention, and AA/EEO compliance.
    Counsel the management of different departments by providing advice on managing employees and cultivating the ideal culture.
    Plan, supervise, and contribute insights and recommendations to develop the organization’s growth strategies.
    Takes the lead in creating and implementing a performance management framework that boosts the company’s overall performance. Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
    Collaborate with other department managers to plan and deliver employee training programs, give employees feedback, ensure compliance with labor laws, and facilitate performance management
    Oversees the long-term hiring strategies and employee relations with all the other departments. Champions the development of a credible employer brand for the business that can aid in attracting and retaining talent.
    Takes the lead in designing a framework for employee relations that ensures there will be industrial harmony across the company.
    Leads in technological innovation across the HR value chain.
    Leads in the development of valuable trending workplace innovation.
    REQUIREMENT:

    HR Director Requirements:

    Candidates must have a thorough understanding of the various labor legislations.
    Must have multi-state HR experience.
    Must have proven experience and track record in Human Resource strategy and policy implementation.
    Must have demonstrated experience in staff recruitment and development.
    Must be able to develop and implement staff retention and optimization policies.
    Must have excellent human resource planning and problem-solving skills.
    Must have demonstrated experience in Human Resource Project Management.
    Must have demonstrated performance management/ monitoring and coaching skills.
    Must have good stakeholder engagement skills
    Must be tech-savvy
    Must establish a trust to extend influence outside the chain of command.
    Must be able to proactively build positive relationships inside and outside the organization to support the business.
    Must have very high business acumen.
    Preferred Experience and Certification:

    10 – 15 years of HR experience
    Masters in Human Resources preferred but not required
    HRCI or SHRM certification preferred but not required

    Salary: $100,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
