Job Tile : Accountant

Key Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for weekly management and reporting for internal/external purpose on Cash management (Infow/outfow)
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial report
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
• Maintain and record financial transaction in QuickBooks online accurately
• Manage cost of sales.
• Preparation of quarterly, period-end account statements and consolidated financial statements.
• Manage the annual budget and petty cash fund, monitoring and reporting any budget variances
• Perform other related duties including ad hoc reporting and projects as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial principles.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial data in a clear and understandable manner.
• Must be familiar and have practical experience with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
• QuickBooks (online) knowledge preferred
• Fluency in English and Korean preferred
• Good organizational and strong interpersonal skills
