    We are looking for a post-doctoral researcher who can bring their expertise to advance and optimize our cutting-edge medical technology. Our goal is to refine and enhance this groundbreaking portable hemodialysis device, and we are looking for individuals who can contribute significantly to its development and eventual commercialization. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in revolutionizing the field of hemodialysis with this innovative device.

    Roles & Responsibility

     Design and test medical fluidic devices, including:

    • Conducting bench-top hemodialysis blood testing
    • Establishing experiment protocols
    • Preparing experiment specimens/materials
    • Acquiring, analyzing, and reporting data
    • Revising test protocols as necessary
    • Troubleshooting prototypes at a basic level
    • Preparing and conducting pre-clinical animal studies

     Publish research findings in SCI journals and prepare proposals for funding agencies such as NIH, NSF, etc.

    Qualifications:

     Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, and a Ph.D.
     Mandatory: Demonstrated publication record as the first author in SCI papers
     Plus: Previous experience in thermo- or fluid-dynamics
     Preferred: Proficiency in communicating in Korean
