Job Summary
Manager, Accounting to oversee company accounting process and reporting requirements.
Essential Functions
• Manage Accounting Department, team, report publication, process design.
o Lead Company Accounting strategic reviews.
o Evaluate Company accounting process to design, implement and govern accounting policy to fit business model.
o Oversee ERP solution architecture for efficient reporting process for management & new accounting rule adoption.
o Correspond with parent company to review and adopt consolidation requirement.
o Lead and train organization executive of financial internal control management requirement
o Improve existing report design and construct to assist annual financial audit.
o Oversee team of 3+ team responsible for treasury, billing, collection

Required Skills, Attributes & Education
• B.S. in Finance or Accounting
• 20 years of experience in Accounting
• 10+ years of experience in Accounting management
• Experience with Public Accounting
• SAP Proficiency
• MS Office tools proficiency
• Proficient with MS Excel – macro skills
• Shared Service Accounting model
• Preferred: Bi-lingual, Korean
Certification Required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
Salary Range – $98,060 to 151,008
