1. Responsibilities

• Manage projects for an assigned account from the moment order handover to the completion of the project
• Develop overall project execution schedule, communication plan, project budget plan, and risk management plan
• Review contractual requirements and communicate customers’ expectations with relevant organizations inside and outside the company
• Manage and track milestones of the project and all deliverables to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Coordinate with internal organizations to investigate and resolve commercial and technical issues of the project to maximize customers satisfaction
• Coordinate with customer and partner companies for transportation and fieldwork

2. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related or engineering required.
• Knowledge of Project Management disciplines and process
• Must be familiar with and have practical experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, SAP, and other applicable software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English required
• Ability to travel 5%
• Complex problem-solving skills are required.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B project management preferred
• Expertise in the energy/critical power industry is preferred
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
