Purpose; Scope of Responsibility: Track incoming and outgoing inventory, perform daily
cycle counts, and report any discrepancies you are unable to reconcile. Keep inventory
counts in our WMS system up to date, as this allows employees in other departments to
check stock levels and work more efficiently.
Functions:
Essential.
 Overseeing inventory control.
 Maintaining inventory records
 Reporting inventory levels and issues to management
 Managing any discrepancy with inventory
 Creating reports that show available inventory or issues with inventory counts.
 Creating process to ensure efficient inventory control.
 Perform cycle counts or check different sections of inventory on a rotating
basis.
 Reconcile discrepancies.
 Use our SAP system to communicate inventory information with other
business units.
