I would definitely go for Ph.D. in the US. Not only is it free, but you would also get more appreciation in the field as a non-US citizen. Usually, I do not recommend ppl to do Ph.D. in non-stem or pure science. If this is about AI, that is a no-brainer 🙂 Good luck
