NEXIEN is
looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the low voltage planning and installation. This position requires knowledge of security and camera systems, audio/video, structured cabling Systems, and server room. Project environment is the commercial office buildings or manufacturing plants. This position will manage the project and communicate with the prime contractor, subcontractor, and the clients. Prior project management experience in the new construction or renovation building low voltage is preferred. Project travel is required upon the project needs.

3. Responsibilities
-.Manage the project Work with the general contractor to plan and install the low voltage system including CCTV, Access
Control, AV system, structured cabling, IT asset moving, and server room.
-.Coordinate with the General contractor, Architect, MEP vendor for the design and construction.
-.Manage the subcontractors for the low voltage installation.
-.Provide the initial client contact to assess scope of work, schedule, and resources necessary to successfully complete a project.
-.Prepare a complete estimate for selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications.
-.Supervise all purchasing and delivery of project materials of the scope.
-.Supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project.
-.Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the subcontractors to ensure project is being built on schedule, and within budget.

4.Requirements
-.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management or related majors
-.5+ years of experience in the low voltage project
-.Korean Bi-lingual capability is preferred.
-.Willing to travel for the projects.
