Location

Working hours
ㆍ7am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch break (45 hours/week)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ㆍDaily supplier monitoring/performance management
ㆍMeetings reporting project progress, checking break down schedules on P6 troubleshooting
ㆍMonitoring field activities such as
ㆍElectrical equipment installation (SWGR, Transformer, VDF, etc.)
ㆍCable pulling/termination, test
ㆍGrounding installation
ㆍCable tray installation
ㆍTechnical advisory working close with suppliers, design firm, field execution
ㆍDeal with site inspections (documentation, schedule management)
ㆍEnsure a safe and effective execution of construction works
ㆍGenerate reports providing project updates, progress, installation, qualities
ㆍSubcontract agreements revision (technical parts)

Qualifications/Requirements
ㆍKorean/English bilingual is a must
ㆍExperience in Electrical Construction (more than 3 years)
ㆍExperience in Progress Management
ㆍProficiency in MS Office Programs, Auto CAD, Naviswork
ㆍA person who has no difficulty commuting to and from the field office
ㆍA person who can work overtime if necessary for job performance
ㆍA person who can work on weekends if required

Desirable/Preferred Skills
ㆍBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience of related field
ㆍRelated certifications (PE, PMP, etc.)
ㆍExperience in high-tech (semiconductor) product projects
ㆍExperience in overseas/domestic EPC project experience
ㆍExperience in industrial and factory projects
ㆍExperience for 138kV substation Construction
ㆍInternational and multi-cultural experience a plus
ㆍAbility to work in a multi-cultural surrounding

Payment and benefits
ㆍSalary : based on experiences and positions
ㆍRelocation Reimbursement: Up to $2,000
ㆍ12 Days of PTO, 8 days of company designated holidays
ㆍ$8,000 bonus a year
ㆍFree lunch
