1. Terms of Internship:
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months.
• Work Schedule & Hours: 3 days a week, 8am-5pm

2. Years of Relevant Professional Experience:
• 0~3 years professional experience

3. Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the internship (Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Social Studies, etc)
• Experience using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Bilingual – Professional level Korean/English required

4. Standard Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be eighteen years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States (Will be paid as 1099 independent contractor)

5. Preferred Qualifications:
• Administrative, document management experience preferred
• Analytical skills
• Judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal skills

6. Responsibilities and Duties:
• Track, identify, review, compile and sort legal & compliance documents
• Assist with government incentive application, receipt and filing administration
• Create presentations, document and data as needed
• Perform other duties assigned
