1) HR Specialist (경력 2년이상)

2) Specific Duties
– Coordinate and maintain all documentation regarding employees
– Assist HR manager with coordination of the position management process
– Prepare documentation for new and terminated employee files
– Recruit, interview and contribute to the selection of most qualified candidates for open positions
– Coordinate orientation, training, and onboarding for new employees
– Assists with bi-weekly payroll
– Assists with annual benefit enrollment
– Manage, Plan, and Coordinate Company Event Planning
– Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution of their queries
– All other duties as assigned

3) Job Skills and Qualifications
– Able to work in a team environment: collaborative
– Ability to multi-task
– Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow through on assigned tasks
– Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
– Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
– Experience using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
– ADP experience
