COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS MANAGER
1. Purpose; Scope of Responsibility
a. Strengthening infrastructure through planning/improving HR system for current 4 subsidiaries
and more for the future in the Americas
2. Role and Responsibilities
a. Identify issues and review improvement plans through communication with HR leaders in the
Americas
b. Quarterly regular meetings with HR leaders in the Americas (On/Off-line)
c. Analysis/review of US labor laws and major HR trends
d. Improvement of evaluation/compensation system for American corporations
3. Qualifications and Education Requirements
a. Bachelor’s degree or higher, related majors, related experience of 7 years or more
b. HR consulting experience for manufacturing-based companies (Preferred)
c. Improvement of performance evaluation/reward based system experience
d. Work or travel in Atlanta/Alabama (preferred)
– Negotiable work area / telecommuting, etc.
