PURPOSE
• Supervise MES team.
• Develop software for operations support and MES systems.
• Administer assigned MES Systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Supervise MES group – Maintain timesheets, records, attendance, and policies for the MES team Approve/deny time off requests and ensure manpower meets coverage requirements. Perform interviewing process for new hires. Perform written actions for MES team members. Complete annual reviews. Supervise MES team members. Ensure MES projects kept on schedule. Verify and adjust priorities for team members assigned tasks. Mentor team members in technical area to improve their skillsets (70%)

• Development – Develop software to assist with monitoring of shops. Develop software to work with current MES systems to add or enhance functionality. Install hardware and software. Maintain and install equipment and configurations for the MES network. Develop and maintain secondary software for environmental data gathering and Assembly repair reports. Perform purchasing duties for hardware, software, and services as needed to complete tasks/projects. (10%)

• Systems Administration – Maintain assigned MES systems. Ensure systems are running smoothly. Troubleshoot root causes of system issues. Install hardware and software for enhancements to existing systems. Generate ideas for system improvement. Run reports for customers for data in assigned systems. (20%)

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in the IT field.
• 2+ years of experience in a management position.
• Hands-on skill with software development.
• C# knowledge a plus.
• Computer networking with Cisco experience a plus.

Salary Range – $90,590 to $139,500
