Overview:

The Market Sales Manager handles 3 key channels, Club, Cash & Carry and Transportation channels in NYC. She or he should have leadership skills, wholesale expertise, problem-solving orientation, customer focus, good numeracy skills, decision-making, and computer knowledge.

주요업무

· Achieve channels growth target for Club, Cash & Carry and Transportation channels in NYC.
· Build relationships with the store managers in Club, Cash & Carry locations in NYC to improve store display executions, ensure all authorized products are available with a dedicated display spot.
· Work closely with Senior Logistic planners, Maspeth planner and Bronx planner on Purchase Orders. Managing closely on PO management and delivery process
· Work with drop-ship team in Elmsford and Maspeth, Bronx distribution team and support as a back end.
· Work between our senior logistic planners and the buyers for out-of-stock substitutions
· Create store specific POS to promote our brands and packages using DMEX and our Elmsford print shop team
· Work closely with our brand partners team on incremental displays and sampling activities
· Overseeing distribution process and key point of contact for transportation channel in JFK and La Guardia airports.
· Work closely with NAOU KAE team on AR process for transportation channel customers.
· Lead and embrace change by acting as an ambassador by providing customer service to consumers and store personnel

자격요건

· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
· A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record with no major violations over the last three years
· Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours with a proper vehicle insurance
· 3+ years of CPG sales experience preferred
· Ability to multitask handling multiple customer accounts.
· Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
· Excellent planning and organization skills.
· Strong computer skills
· Schedule: this position requires flexibility early morning, weekend and/or evening work.
