    Education & Skills:

    • Bilingual Korean
    • Min.3 years in finance and purchasing, strong preference for Ad or Experiential Agency experience
    •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel Skills. Google docs, any project planning tool and facility in learning
    new software and systems

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Deliver overall project management and ensures quality assurance for all deliverables.
    • Evaluate project details, cost/budget, timelines and make appropriate recommendations and/or suggest alternative solu
    tions.
    • Prepare contracts, review vendor proposals, and negotiate contracts/costs.
    • Conduct pre and post project activities such as cost analysis, invoice reconciliation and project recap.
    • Provide support to the team including, but not limited to assisting the team members with finance, administrative, purchasing
    and operational needs.
    • Process and reconcile vendor invoices as well as accurately entering invoices into the Accounting system working with
    Finance team
    • Provide credit card entry/reconcile support as well as administrative support which includes scanning, copying, and filing for
    team corporate card purchases.
    • Following up with project teams and vendors with vendor forms, invoices and other items as needed
    • Support expense reconciliation on projects working with team members and finance team
    • Purchase and reconcile project related items
    • Master our internal payables system to provide additional support & research for orders & invoices in process.
    • Must be able to travel; must be able to work evenings, nights or weekends, as necessary

This position is responsible for ensuring the financial health of each event/project that the Team works on as well as providing operational expertise and support to various events and experiences. This role manages the finance, purchasing, and production of each event, which is critical part of team operations in producing successful projects.
