* 주요 업무 *
1) Process compliance audit
. Evaluate operational and procedural compliance with the company’s business process by examining and analyzing operational system data, manual documentation, and interview
. Analyze and update existing business rules and related documentations
. Communicate business policies and guidelines to management and designated departments
. Develop and execute new business policies and procedures as required

2) Process improvement
. Interview staff and management to determine the efficacy of the process
. Design workflow and process strategy to improve business performance
. Oversee the implementation of revised company process and workflow
. Stay up to date with the latest business practice and technology

3) Process documentation
. Update process documentation in the company’s process management system based on process compliance audit and process innovation results

4) Other duties may be assigned as needed

* 자격 요건 *
· 학부 상경계 또는 유관 전공
· Compliance analyst 또는 process analyst 경력
. 자동차 산업의 업무 프로세스 / compliance standard 에 대한 깊이 있는 지식
. 사내 팀별 업무, 업무 흐름, 프로세스에 대한 이해
. 영어 소통 원활
