Staff accountant’s responsibilities include maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, assisting with close processes, and maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable documentation along with entries. You will also be assisting the accounting manager as needed and responding to information requests by management and for auditing purposes.Responsibility
-Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
-Ensuring compliance with GAAP.
-Prepare journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assist with monthly close processes.
-Respond to information requests, provide ad-hoc reports, and assist with audits.
-Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors and customers.
-Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries.
-Coordinate with other accountants and management, help with monthly general ledger journal entries and accounts payable/receivable reports as well as daily reports about any account errors.
-Conduct payroll processing in a timely and accurate manner, including gathering employee time information for a selected period, managing benefits & deductions, and distributing employee pay for that periodStaff Accountant Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
-Entry-level position, 0-2 years of experience preferred
-Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
-Good problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills.
-Willing to work overtime when needed (Month-End Closing Process, usually one or two days a month)
-Strong computer skills, including Microsoft suites.
-Perform general duties such as filing and handling routine correspondence including job-related emails.근무 상세 내용
