After watching lots of my bottom tier PhD fellow graduates walk into Meta and Google with no experience and no tech talent each earning 200K+ this is no suprise at all. This will get alot worse before it gets better. you can’t just give people 200-300k for people with no skills and no experience. It’s basically an insult to people who work regular jobs who are struggling to get by for one, and secondly you are dooming yourself to failure.
