SUMMARY
The Business Development team plays a key role in driving business growth and steering strategic partnerships. As an Associate, you will help grow and cultivate our coagulation business, including strategic partnerships. In addition, you will help identify new opportunities in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and follow through with the execution of BD efforts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build effective relationships with corporate and business teams to bring about the timely and successful closure of transactions
Analyze and frame approaches for market access and entry, determine market positioning, segmentation, and inform product pricing strategy and use cases
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams, harmonize product growth strategies with customer opportunities
Define business models for new product opportunities and develop business case and implementation plans
Provide strategic context and content in the development of corporate financial models and revenue strategies
Identify and develop global opportunities to drive engagement and revenue growth including forging new partnerships and business models, and helping drive company’s marketing programs and content strategy
Produce reports, timelines, and relevant materials to communicate expectations and progress to management, customers, investors, and other appropriate parties
Research and compile data related to the product market, customer demographics and interest, and factors influencing product demand; analyze results to identify approaches to maximize sales and market penetration of projects
Assist in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of CRM software
Work at project workstreams related to the sales & marketing, business development, or corporate initiativesQUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field. M.B.A. or graduate degree is preferred but not required.
· 5+ years of relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
· Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and market segmentation.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
· A team player with a positive attitude, intellectual curiosity and always looking to grow professionally and personally.
· Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities without losing attention to detail.
· Ability to work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
· Ability to learn quicky, be creative in problem solving, and take initiative.
· Familiarity with intellectual property and licensing matters is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year +
