알라바마 어번에 소재한 현대 기아 협력업체에서 인사 및 안전 업무를 담당하실 HR 매니저를 채용합니다.

1. 업무
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Employee training programs
Time management
Benefits management (Insurance, Workers Comp etc.)
Reporting HR tasks and issues to the management.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Safety control

연봉: 인터뷰 후 책정
Benefits: 401(k),Dental insurance,Health insurance,Vision insurance,Life insurance,Paid time off
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7:00AM -6:00PM, Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM
