    Ecommerce Marketing Manager

    About the job
    Ecommerce Marketing Manager – will be the first dedicated marketing person on our team, leading initiatives across organic and paid marketing to grow our brand and produce measurable results. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely to define brand and channel strategy. This role will allow you to scale a fast-growing startup and create a world-class brand. We’re looking for a self-starter who is creative, fast-moving, and comfortable setting priorities and goals.

    Responsibilities
    As a key member of the US team, the main responsibility of the Marketing Manager is to develop and grow Strides Consumer business online
    Develop and launch the brand’s loyalty program to increase current and new customer
    Develop strategic partnerships to increase brand awareness and equity
    Partner with the co-founders to drive the Company’s short- and long-term strategy
    Set performance goals, track financial performance, and manage the marketing budget
    Build a winning team to scale the marketing function as we grow
    Work cross-functionally to create online product assortment and content, optimizing listings for all marketplaces, to maximize online presence and drive sales
    Ensure that content is up to date on Amazon and all retailer.com sites in partnership with agency partners
    Manage Amazon.com Seller Central, including stock levels, placing inventory orders, price promotions, and unit level PnL maintenance
    Research and monitor competitive listings and pricing and present in an aggregated manner for executive insights – looking for emerging trends and insights
    Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, digital marketing, or related field
    At least three years of experience in e-commerce or growth marketing
    Background experience in the pharmaceutical/cosmetics industry
    Experience in managing paid media, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Amazon, and Tik Tok (preferred)
    A/B testing landing pages, testing acquisition methods, and reporting results
    Confidence in developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies
    Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow, and web analysis.
    Have value autonomy and be comfortable with the excitement, growth, and uncertainty of a startup environment.
