Staff Accountant는 로칼 회계펌에서 최소 1년이상 경험자 (회사 어카운팅의 경우 최소 2년이상 경험자) 이어야 하며 회계 무경험자는 고려하지 않습니다. 만약 어카운팅 실무 경험은 없으나 어카운팅 관련 학위가 있거나 어카운팅 및 텍스 관련 과목 5개 이상 이수자는 Associate 포지션으로 채용합니다. Sr Accountant 는 최근 경력 5년중 3년 이상은 public accounting firm 에서 일한 경험이 반드시 있어야 합니다.
RESPONSIBILITY:
• Maintains and reconciles account ledgers; maintains and enters monthly journal entries, maintains and reconciles bank accounts.
• Analyzes accounts to trace discrepancies and errors
• Develop monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements
• Prepare any extra reports needed to be filed for the company on an annual, monthly, or quarterly basis as needed
• Manage fixed assets including recording depreciation expense
• Run client’s payroll and maintain the payroll record
• Assemble information for year-end accounting audit
• Assist with other projects as neededREQUIREMENT

• Salary: $52,000 – $65,000 for Staff Accountant; $70,000 – $90,000 for Sr. Accountant
