제가 받은 문서에는 아래와 같이 적혀있었습니다.
Submit a copy of the Basic Certificate (Detailed) and the Family Relation Certificate (Detailed) issued by the
appropriate civil authority for the applicant, 홍길동. The U.S. Department of State’s visa
reciprocity and civil documents indicates the Basic Certificate (Detailed) and the Family Relation Certificate
(Detailed) must both be submitted. A person who lost Korean nationality prior to 2008 can submit a Family
Census Register and Family Relations Certificate (Detailed).
Submit the Basic Certificate (Detailed) and the Family Relation Certificate (Detailed);
OR
Submit the Family Census Register and the Family Relation Certificate (Detailed).
If the Basic Certificate (Detailed), Family Relation Certificate (Detailed), or Family Census Register are not
available, you must submit acceptable secondary evidence AND a letter from the government or other
authority. Examples of acceptable secondary evidence may include, but is not limited to; church or school
records, listing your parents’ names and your date of birth; hospital records of your birth; or other official
records indicating a country and record of birth.
