Job Responsibility:

Operation Associate ensures that shipments arrive at their destinations on time and within budget. They coordinate incoming shipments, oversee the packaging of outgoing shipments, and negotiate transportation costs with carriers. They also supervise shipping department employees.

· Handle(entry) receiving / shipping information to ERP System.

· Solving problems with discrepancy on shipping costs.

· Processing shipment documentation and inspecting completed orders.

· Acting as a liaison between management, carriers, and shipping customers.

· Collaborating with internal departments to optimize the flow of orders from preparation to shipment.

· Answering the phone from the shipping company and customers for scheduling.

· Documenting processes and reporting to management as required.

· Evaluating carrier performance and resolving issues with orders and logistics.

· Complying to shipping industry regulations and company policies

Required Skills:

More than 2 years’ experience in the shipping industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft (40+ WPM)
In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation.
Knowledge of shipping industry regulations.
Korean / English Bilingual
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This is a full-time position; Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Job Location: Gardena CA
Salary Level: 55 -65k including full benefits
