Accounting Manager

Job Summary
• Prepare and compile information for company financial audits in accordance with GAAP/IFRS
• Analyze operating results, and create financial statement packages to the US headquarter in New York monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Prepare for and confirm inter-company/related party transection reconciliation
• Perform and conduct closing procedures (CO module & FI module), including review reconciliation of general ledger accounts
• Review PS Module for fixed asset acquisitions and control the investment plan
• Prepare inventory analysis reports and analyze report for slow moving and obsolete materials
• Analyze PAC variation and compare with BOM
• Review and update standard cost vs PAC
• Prepare and review company’s tax return (Form 1120, 1099, 1042, Property and Use tax, Ohio activity tax)
• Analyze and predict company’s expenditure vs business plan
• Conduct KSOX consulting project; define contacts, set up the milestone, and maintain progresses
• Supervise and train staff accountants to ensure the work is completed in a timely and accurate manner and give the guideline to handle the non-routine transactions
• Assist CFO & research all prepare all financial related documentations as needed
