We are currently looking to fill an office manager in the Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities:
• Manage an expanding and busy insurance office
• Support on creative insurance & financial system with A rated insurance companies
• Analyze customer requirements and tailor the use of the insurance products to meet carriers’ objectives.
• Develop marketing plans and timelines to successfully deploy solutions and assist with data collection
• Full support of future branch offices in 50 states, provide necessary training and documentation, work to build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide on-going support
• Responsible for the support and communication with carriers’ support center and customers for the implementation management and optimization of new and existing processes for all areas of insurance business to support customer requirements
• Motivated formulate process improvements resulting from support issues, with the aim of minimizing recurring support.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements and document all selection of coverages to meet compliance.
• Monitor and report on the status of any issues, proactively review and interpret performance against operating standards; provide information and reports results.
• Serves as the primary on-call support person for trouble shooting and correcting all issues

Qualifications:
• Bi-lingual Korean required
• No degree is required
• 3-5 years of experience in business
• person with strong team work spirit
