    1. Accounting Specialist: Full-Time
    We are hiring an Accounting Specialist who is responsible for complex clerical, bookkeeping, accounting assignments, statements, and financial reports.

    Job Duties
    Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and software
    Posting financial transactions in databases
    Receiving and recording vouchers, cash, and checks
    Producing a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets
    Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
    Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records

    Skills
    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Intermediate skills in Accounting Software (SAP).
    Intermediate knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related software.
    Bilingual in English/Korean required.

    2. Administrative Assistant: Full-Time
    Administrative Assistant will handle a wide variety of corporate matters through reviewing documents, collecting and organizing information, assisting or managing corporate projects, etc

    Job Duties
    Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
    Reviews and maintains written and computer files, plus conduct data entry
    Collects and researches various information related to business from inside and outside, and prepares reports
    Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
    Helps implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems
    Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
    Other duties as assigned.

    Skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Intermediate knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related software

    3. Human Resources Specialist: Full-Time
    HR Recruitment Specialist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring, scheduling interviews, managing onboarding processes, and enforcing company policies and practices.

    Job Duties
    Managing recruiting sources (LinkedIn, indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)
    Source and recruit candidates by using various means (i.e., databases, internet, social media, etc.) according to staffing needs
    Create job advertisements for various job boards and posts
    Pre-screen and present detailed profile summaries of candidates for appropriateness of skills, strengths, experience, knowledge, and compensation to managers.
    Responsible for tracking and reporting updates of applicants in the recruiting process.
    Manage candidate engagement, provide a positive candidate experience, maintain the core values, and act as a candidate advocate.
    Track, monitor, analyze, and propose solutions to recruiting challenges.
    Complete onboarding for any new hires
    Attend and participate fairs and recruiting sessions as needed
    Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Basic skills in HR software (SAP)

    Requirements
    Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
    Entry-level with 2-5 years of professional experience in HR
    Bilingual in English/Korean required

    4. Property Management Specialist: Full-Time
    Property Management Specialist will ensure that the workplace is operational by coordinating with external vendors and keeping up with maintenance, security, and financial reports. Property Management Specialist will also coordinate with contractors for tenant improvement projects and be in charge of general liability and auto insurance records.

    Job Duties
    Controlling annual budgets and quarterly financial reports for operations and expenses.
    Responsible for the company commercial insurance renewal process and administration such as general liability and auto insurance.
    Managing escrow process as well as logs, reports, contract reviews, and other related files.
    Leading the projects of tenant improvements via email, phone call, and in person meetings and communicating with external vendors and contractors for any maintenance, security, and financial reports.
    Taking sense of ownership of buildings and monitoring facilities, and equipment to accomplish department objectives.
    Responsible for processing any questions or concerns by employees regarding the workplace maintenance and safety.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to adapt to change and multi-task in a high paced environment
    Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other related software
    Fluency in English and intermediate knowledge of Korean language required.

    5. Sr. Tax Specialist: Full-Time
    Tax Accounting Specialist is responsible for tax management and audit processes including U.S. Federal and State income taxes, U.S. and Canada sales taxes, etc.

    Job Duties
    Responsible for accounting operations including financial accounting.
    Administers U.S. federal and state income tax by preparing necessary documents related to R&D credit, APA, etc.
    Manages and administers sales taxes for the U.S. and Canada and prepares reports on Accounting Software(SAP).
    Analyzes Tax-Related financial information and summarizes financial status.
    Assists in federal and state tax audits as well as internal audits.
    Reviews and researches the U.S. and international tax regulations and stays up-to-date with the latest modifications.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Skills
    Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    Intermediate knowledge in Accounting Software (SAP) and skill in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related software

    Requirements
    Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred) or a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field.
    1-3 years of related experience in accounting required.
    Bilingual in English/Korean required
