LG Magna E-Powertrain USA is looking for Financial Planning Analyst.

Responsibilities:

– Responsible for setting up company target and analyzing company’s business performance and managing all business operations.
– Responsible for operating, evaluating and monitoring business management.
– Responsible for communication with HQ, and VS company regarding company’s operation, management and performance
– Establish and forecast company’s short term and mid-long term business plan
– Provide financial information for management to make decisions accurately and timely and achieve company’s goal
– Managing and monitoring Key Performance Indicator
– Develop, document and implement company’s processes and procedures
– Working presentations for management on business operations
– Communication with HQ to perform HQ company’s direction regarding business management and performance
– Process payment managing risk low in payment process.
– Manage and forecast Company ’s Cash Flow (collection, payment) monthly basis.
– Cash management and payment related reporting as requested

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
– 3+ years of relevant experience
– Bilingual fluency in English and Korean language
– Proficient knowledge of accounting and finance including variance analysis
– Expert knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, Formulas, etc.), PowerPoint and Word
– Analytical Thinking – ability to identify patters across situations that are not obviously related and to identifying key underling issues in complex situations
– Continuous Learning- Actively identifying new areas for learning
