아래에서도 한번 문의드렸는데 석연치 않아 이방에 경험 많으신 분들 조언을 듣고 싶습니다.
F-1에서 485접수가 들어간 경우인데 아래와 같이 신분유지증명 서류를 제출하라고 받았습니다. I-20및 구할 수 있는 성적증명서는 이미 2017년 485접수에 제출했고 추가 자료는 구하기가 어려운 상황입니다

• A photocopy of Approval Notices (Form I-797) for all extension and change of status;

• A photocopy of the Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant (F-1) Student Status-For Academic and
Language Students or Form I-20M-N, Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant (M-1) Student Status for
Vocational Students (Form I-20) or Certificate of Eligibility for Exchange Visitor Status (Form DS-2019,
formerly LAP 66) school records (front and back, including all school annotations); and/or

• A photocopy (front and back) of your Arrival/ Departure Record (Form I-94).

변호사님은 성적증명서를 이민국에서 요청하는 것이니 다시 구해보거나 문닫은 어학원은 그에 해당하는 진술서를 요청해야한다는데
위의 항목을 제가 이해하기에는 F-1에 대해서는 school record를 요청하는 것이 아닌것 같고 M-1이나 J-1 교환방문 비자에 대해 school annotation 포함 school record릉 요청하는 것 같은데 자료도 불충분하지 않은데 괜히 긁어부스럼을 만들까봐 걱정입니다. 어떻게 하는 것이 좋을까요?
